DOWSE Guide to the
Movies
Another soundtrack album from Silvscreen (well, what the hell else do you
expect?). Shaun Davey is the main man who's composed all the music and it's
performed by the Irish National Film Orchestra, conducted by Fiachra Trench.
I must admit to my ignorance now, and admit that I haven't even heard of
this production, but I do, however, recognise a couple of the actors on the
rear of the CD case: Mel Smith, Ben Kingsley, and Richard Grant.
There are a total of 19 tracks, with a couple or three having a spot
of the spoken word by some of the above. Okay, so the music isn't grip your
seats thrilling, but then again, neither is the film (I guess!). review by Dave W. Hughes
